Cancellation & Refund Policy
Free Cancellation: Reservations may be canceled free of charge up to 7 days before the scheduled check-in date, for a full refund.
Late Cancellations: Cancellations made within 7 days of check-in will be charged 50% of the total reservation amount. A 50% refund will be issued for the remainder.
Same-Day Cancellations or No-Shows: Guests who cancel on the same day of arrival, or fail to arrive without prior notice, will be charged 100% of the total reservation amount. No refund will be issued.
Early Departures: No refunds will be issued for unused nights if a guest checks out before their scheduled departure date.
A 50% deposit is required to confirm every reservation.

House Rules
- No smoking or vaping inside the apartment.
- No parties or events are allowed.
- Only registered guests may stay overnight.
- Respect quiet hours (10:00 PM u2013 8:00 AM).
- Keep the apartment clean and tidy during your stay.
- Turn off lights, air conditioning, and appliances when leaving.
- Lock all doors and windows whenever you leave the apartment.
- Report any damage or maintenance issues as soon as possible.
- Do not move furniture or remove items from the apartment.
- Dispose of trash in the designated bins.
- Follow the check-in and check-out times.
- No illegal activities are permitted on the property.
- Pets are only allowed with prior approval.
- Please respect the neighbors by keeping noise to a minimum and following parking or building rules.
